Custom Orders

All FABLOON garments are made to measure. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, custom orders are generally non-cancellable once production has started, except as agreed with our team.

Pricing & Quotes

Pricing depends on garment type, fabric, complexity, embroidery and urgency, and is confirmed with you before production begins. No production starts until the design and quote are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email).

Express Service

1-hour and 24-hour express services are offered where operationally available. Timelines depend on garment complexity, design, fabric condition, workload and slot availability, and are confirmed before payment.

Alterations

Where FABLOON offers a lifetime alteration policy, it applies subject to terms confirmed at the time of your order (eligible garments, reasonable wear-and-tear, and any applicable charges for material or extensive rework).

Measurements

For online and remote orders, the accuracy of self-provided or video-guided measurements affects the final fit. We recommend following our measurement guidance closely and confirming your digital measurement profile before production.

Delivery

Domestic and worldwide delivery timelines depend on courier schedules and destination, and are separate from the stitching timeline.
