How an Online Order Works
- WhatsApp enquiry. Send garment type, occasion, date required, location, reference images and fabric details.
- Consultation. FABLOON clarifies silhouette, comfort, neckline, sleeves, padding, embroidery, closure, styling, timeline and budget.
- Online measurement. Guided video-call measurement, your saved digital measurement passport, previous FABLOON measurements, or a well-fitting reference garment (where accepted).
- Material coordination. Send your own material, or ask FABLOON to source it for you.
- Design confirmation. No production begins until key design elements and the quote are confirmed.
- Stitching & embroidery. Handled by the relevant skill-specialist team.
- Quality check. Our 18-point quality workflow.
- Delivery. Domestic or international dispatch.
